Britton is now 6 years old. His bug themed birthday party was a success. Everything was buggy and gross and he loved it! He and his friends got to go on a bug hunt in the back yard, eat worms in dirt (gummy worms in smashed oreos), and have a bug decorated cake. Aunt Kimberly even put gummy worms in the middle of the cake in keeping with the theme. Mmmm, there's nothing like finding that worm in the middle of your cake. Yummy
Jenna got to participate with the boys and had a good time as well. Korinne loved the ice cream. Kim came over to sleep out on the trampoline with the kids to celebrate, but it was cloudy so they moved the slumber party to the basement. At about 9:30 p.m. I noticed that Britton was already back in his own bed sleeping. Apparently he didn't find the floor so comfortable. Kim was a trooper to come, but Jenna was the only one that stuck it out with her.
