Homecomings

We welcomed Grandma and Grandpa home from their mission to Independence, Missouri this week.  They arrived around 8:30 p.m. on Friday, the 16th.  The neighbors all came out to welcome them home as they drove up.

Jameson is in the middle of his rec. basketball season.  He is enjoying it a bit more than last year which is a good thing. He was happy to have Grandma and Grandpa at his game on Saturday.

The ballroom dance season got underway on Saturday and Jenna was ready for it.  It was a "home meet" consisting of just her ballroom company as a way for them to debut their new routines and run through all of the syllabus events before they start competing against other companies around the state. Jenna moved up to the Youth division this year (ages 15-18).  Of the 8 different syllabus events she competed in she placed in the top 3 for all of them and won 2.

She loves ballroom and couldn't be more excited for the season to begin.
